- Cos lettuce
- Cherry or grape tomatoes
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Capers
- Olives
- Avocado
- Lebanese cucumber
- Olive oil
- Rice wine vinegar
- Wash lettuce, cucumber, tomato and chop to desired size
- Line plate or bowl with lettuce
- Then place all other ingredients on top
- Sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar
- You can add shaved parmesan cheese or meat such as chicken, chorizo sausage, salami or tuna to make a complete meal.
